However, since we operate on a dropshipping model, we do not accept physical returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.

✅ Refunds and Replacements:
- We offer free replacements or full refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo/video proof.

🚫 No Returns for:
- Wrong size or change of mind after the order is shipped.
- Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
